By making a payment for cakes cupcakes cheesecakes or wedding cakes from Paddy Cakes Ltd you agree to the following

 

Order Confirmation

If your order is accepted, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to the address provided. Please ensure that all details are accurate and correct, and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions. Please notify us immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed.

 

Deposits

If you are placing an order over 8 weeks in advance of your requested date, we require a 50% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the pick-up date.

 

Payment

When placing an order within the month of your requested date, we require payment in full to the value of your order within 7 days of invoice – unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. Orders Are Only Confirmed Once We Have Received A Deposit Or Full Payment. We Accept Payment By Bank Transfer Or PayPal  Over The Phone Card Payment No AmEx Accepted

 

Pick-up

The details of pick-up will be outlined on the invoice. If you cannot pick-up your order at the time specified, please let us know and we will do our best to schedule an alternative time. As general courtesy please try to be on time for your scheduled pick-up time. If you’re running late, please let us know.

The collection vehicle should have a flat surface like the car boot and be clean and tidy keep the aircon on to keep the cake cool especially during warmer days. This is the responsibility of the Buyer. The cake or products can be very fragile so we advise to drive very slowly and carefully

 we cannot be held liable for any damages to the cake or products once they have left our premises.

 

Allergies

When placing an order, please notify us of any allergies. We cannot guarantee that our products are nut/gluten/dairy free as our equipment at some point in time has come into contact with these items. Please discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements with us before making payment. this is at  the customers own risk.

 

Loss or Damages

Our goods at paddy cakes are packaged with care and attention. We will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged after they have been picked-up/Delivered the cake at the venue or delivery location and received a signature for the safe receipt of the goods on our delivery note (we will deliver with a delivery note). If the cake or products are collected from us, we cannot be held liable for any damages to the cake or products once they have left our premises.

 

Variations in Final Products

All of our goods are individually handmade, and therefore may not always appear exactly as in photographs or descriptions. All photographs on our website are published to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe.

 

Changes to Order

Any major changes to your order less than 14 days before the required pick-up date may incur a fee for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund will be issued for any cancellation made more than 12 full weeks prior to your required pick-up date. If you wish to cancel your order after this period, we will offer a full refund less the initial 50% deposit paid. Any cancellations made within 14 days are neither refundable nor transferable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order due to personal circumstance, we will offer you a full refund. 

 

NON-EDIBLE INGREDIENTS AND DECORATIONS

Our Goods may contain non-edible ingredients or decorations, such as plastic dowels in tiered cakes or wires flowers. These must be removed before serving or eating.

 

refunds

All our cakes and cupcakes are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the goods are of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your goods upon their arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Paddy Cakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. Any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.
